Say 'I Do' at Vaux

At Vaux Studio, reserving a date for your wedding follows a defined process to ensure fairness and clarity for all couples. Please note that a date is not officially reserved until the following steps are fully completed:

• Initial Inquiry — Couple reaches out to discuss interest and availability.
• Tour Scheduled — We arrange a private tour of our micro-wedding venue to experience the space firsthand.
• Booking Sheet Completed — After the tour, couples complete our booking form to initiate the reservation process.
• Soft Hold— After a tour, we offer a complimentary 72-hour "soft hold" on your date. This temporarily holds your date while you complete the deposit and contract steps to book your small intimate wedding ceremony at Vaux.
• Deposit Received — A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to officially secure your date. This amount will be applied towards your final balance.
• Adminastrative Formalities — A formal service agreement is executed outlining the terms of your event.
• Planning Begins — Once the deposit and contract are completed, we officially begin planning your celebration.

Please be advised:

• Availability is not guaranteed until both the deposit is received and the service contract is signed.
• Tours and inquiries alone do not place a hold on any date.
• Soft holds automatically expire after 72 hours if the deposit is not completed. After expiration, your date will be released and made available to other couples without further notice.
